Acme Samba Plastic Whistle

This is the Acme Samba whistle, which has been used in many Mardi Gras parties and parades. This a plastic version of the whistle so it will have a different tune to it, but it will not change in how loud it is. It was initially designed from a referee whistle but added a twist with two openings on each side.
